Kano State Governor, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje has  directed Kano Pillars Football Club Players and officials to remain in Kaduna for a closed door camping ahead of the all important CAF Champions League showdown against Ashanti kotoko FC of Ghana on Sunday 10th August, 2019.


In a chat with, media officer of the club, Rilwanu Idris Malikawa said the Governor want the team to remain in Kaduna in order to be focus on the task ahead of them.


The Governor congratulated the team and commended them for making the Government and the good people of Kano State happy.


The team will be back kano on 5th next August ahead of the CAF Champions first leg encounter to be played on Sunday 10th August, 2019 at the Sani Abacha Stadium Kofar Mata.
