The chairman of former Nigeria Professional Football League champions, Kano Pillars FC, Alhaji Surajo Shaaibu Yahaya Jambul has praised the League Management Company, LMC, for partnering with RedStrike Media Limited ahead of the 2020/2021 NPFL season.
The League Management Company headed by the second Vice President of the Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, Alhaji Shehu Dikko has signed an MOU on how the company will Broadcast matches of the forthcoming NPFL season via live streaming.
The Sai Masu Gida’s chairman in a statement signed by the media officer of the club, Rilwanu Idris Malikawa Garu and made available to www.kano-pillars.com said the move is a welcome development to the LMC, NPFL clubs, the fans and Football in general.
Alhaji Surajo Jambul hope the League Management Company will not relent in its efforts of seeking more sponsors that would come and put heads together to complement their efforts to move the league to the greater height.
He said with recent development, the LMC has set a pace for the Nigeria Professional Football League clubs and NPFL would soon be compare and counted among the best leagues in the world.
The Nigeria Professional Football League, NPFL, 2020/2021 season is expected to kickoff in September or October 2020.
The Federal Government has since lift the banned imposed on domestic club football due to the novel CoronaVirus and football activities are fully expected to returned in the country without fans and inline with covid-19 preventives protocols.
